Why was my Credit Card payment declined?

Here's a troubleshooting checklist of possible causes:

Incorrect Credit Card Number:

Could be that you gave us the wrong credit card number.

Incorrect Expiration date:

Review the expiration date on your credit card. If your card expired, use an up-to-date credit card or debit card.

Incorrect CVV Number:

CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa/MasterCard, the last three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card's account number. For American Express, the four-digit CVV number is printed on the front of the card above the card account number.

Incorrect billing address and phone number:

Make sure that the billing address and telephone number matches to the card holder. Otherwise, our system will not be able to process your charges.

Credit card limit reached:

Check your credit limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day we attempted to charge your card.

Maximum amount allowed for a single charge exceeded:

Check the maximum amount your card can be charged at a single time. You can also enter a new credit card with a higher limit. If neither of these solutions is possible, contact us and we'll work with you to find a practical solution.

Card doesn't accept charges from an online source:

Make sure your card allows online transactions. If not, talk to your credit card company or enter a new credit card to process the charge.

Card doesn't allow for international transactions:

Make sure that your card can accept international charges. If not, talk to your credit card company to permit 7paintings/Toucan Art to charge the respective order amount.

How do I update my payment information?

1. Log in to your 7 Paintings account at: Login
2. Click on “My Account”
3. Click on “My Orders”
4. Click on  the respective order.
5. Click on “Change” and enter your new or updated payment information.
6. Click “Submit” when you are finished.

General Information

Coupon discount will be automatically applied at checkout after being entered by the client in respective coupon code box.

Some Coupon codes require a minimum purchase value based on merchandise subtotal. Some coupons codes may have restrictions or only work for new customers.

Tax or shipping and handling charges will not be included in determining merchandise subtotal and are not discountable.

Coupons may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts or applied to previous orders.

Some coupons have an expiry date, and this date will be mentioned on the coupon.

What is a "coupon code"?

A Coupon Code is a special series of letters or numbers which specify a promotion or price reduction.
When you shop online, we may ask you to enter a "coupon code”. This code tells us what discount you want to receive. Always make sure to check that the reduction has been applied before finalizing your order.

How can I apply for Coupon Codes?

You will find our coupon codes in various ways, for example:

• Newsletters
• Invite a Friend
• Advertisements (newsstands, internet, Google ads, Yahoo ads)
• Blogs

What do I do with my coupon code?

When you receive or see a Coupon Code for the offer you are interested in, you should write this code down, as you will need it later.
Shop around the 7 Paintings website; purchasing items as you normally would by placing it in your shopping cart. Once you're done shopping and are ready to confirm your order, typically you must click a button which states 'Checkout'. On this final checkout page, look for a text-entry box which says 'Coupon Code'.
Here, you will enter in the Coupon Code which you have written down and click on recalculate and review this page. Verify that your reduction have been implemented to your order. If everything looks good, finalize your transaction. It's very easy!

Can discounts be combined?

You are only allowed to use one coupon per order, but you're usually able to use a coupon multiple times for multiple orders until the expiry date mentioned. Coupons cannot be used to sale prices and promotion items.

How do I verify my discount?

Once a Coupon Code has been entered in your order, you should ALWAYS verify the savings before you finalize your transaction by clicking on “recalculate”. Your price reduction should show up after recalculating.

If your offer is a 10% discount, verify that this money is taken off.

Why my coupon code doesn't work?

If you have followed all the appropriate steps in applying your coupon code, and you cannot see the price reduction at checkout, the best is to contact us and describe the problem you are having. Otherwise, first verify that you are meeting all the terms and conditions of this offer, including expiration date, minimum-order size, etc.

I forgot of my password , what can I do?

1. In the login screen you will see a button "Recover password  ".
2. Click this button, enter your e-mail address with which you registered or placed your order with.
3. The password will be automatically sent to your e-mail.
